What Can I Expect at My Event?

The food truck will show up 30 to 60 minutes before service time with all staff, equipment, and food.

The truck will come prepared to serve the number of eaters you’ve prepaid for. If you think there might be more eaters, let us know so we can increase the number of meals. 

Here’s what you need to do to make sure the food truck is able to serve your guests: 

• Secure a parking spot for the food truck.
• Provide a day-of contact to help with parking and logistics.
• If you’re providing tickets or vouchers, make sure each eater receives them so there’s no confusion during service.
